1. Professional Property Damage Assessment

Front Line Roofing & Restoration will complete a thorough inspection of the property to identify all storm related damages that will be documented for the claims process. Our complimentary storm damage inspections apply to all exterior surfaces including the roof, siding, gutters, windows, and doors to determine if a claim is recommended. 

2. File a claim

The property owner will file a claim for storm damage due to wind or hail. The insurance company will typically assign an adjuster to work the claims process and inspect the damages. 

3. Claims & Adjustment Approval

We will work directly with your adjuster to determine the proper scope of work that needs to be done, and ensure accuracy of all estimates.

4. Schedule and Complete Scope of Work

Upon approval of work, insurance will issue payment based off an agreed estimate and scope of work. We will then work with you to select top of the line materials and schedule our professional installers to restore your property.

5. Supplements & Final Payment Issued by Insurance

Any unforeseen damage or code related upgrades will be supplemented to your insurance for billing. All payments will then be issued to the policyholder to finish paying the contractor and closing out the claim.
